ADHD & mental health assessments for adults

Understand how your mind works.

If focus, organization, mood or overwhelm have been getting in the way at work, school or home, an assessment can help make sense of it, and point you toward support that actually fits.

The process

What to expect

  1. Free consultation

We talk about what’s been happening, answer your questions, and decide together whether an assessment is the right next step.

  2. The assessment

Conversations and questionnaires about your history, strengths and day-to-day challenges, at a pace that works for you.

  3. Results & next steps

We walk through what we found and share clear, practical recommendations for work, school and home.

Good to know

Online quizzes and checklists can be a helpful starting point, but no questionnaire on its own can tell you whether you have ADHD. Many other things, like anxiety, sleep problems, trauma or learning differences, can look similar. That’s why a careful, whole-person assessment matters.

Frequently asked

Can’t find your answer? Ask us.

What happens in the free consultation?

It’s a relaxed conversation. You share what’s been going on, we answer your questions, and together we decide whether an assessment, coaching or another kind of support is the best fit. There’s no obligation to continue.

What if I’m not sure it’s ADHD?

That’s completely fine, and very common. You don’t need a label to reach out. Tell us what you’re noticing and we’ll help you figure out the right next step.

Can you help with supports at work or school afterwards?

Yes. Recommendations are practical and can inform conversations with your workplace or school. We also offer 1:1 coaching and workplace consulting if you’d like ongoing support.

Do you assess children or teens?

Our ADHD and mental health assessments are for adults only. High school students can work with us through coaching and interventions, and we support schools through staff workshops and school assessments. For younger children, we’re happy to talk through next steps with families.

Can you help with the Disability Tax Credit?

Yes. We support adults with completing their Disability Tax Credit (DTC) documentation, from understanding whether it may apply to organizing what’s needed. Learn more about DTC support.

How much does it cost, and is it covered by insurance?

Your first consultation is free. Many workplace benefit plans cover services from a Registered Social Worker, but plans differ. See Fees & insurance for how fees work and what to ask your insurer.

Is this service for emergencies?

No. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 9-8-8 any time, or call 911 if you are in immediate danger.
