Teens & families

Growing up with a different brain?

High school is a lot. So is parenting through it. We coach neurodivergent teens from high school age up, and help families understand what’s going on and how to help.

For teens

Coaching that gets how you think

No lectures. No “just try harder.” Coaching is a space to figure out what works for your brain, and build tools you’ll actually use.

School & homework

Getting started, staying on track, and handling deadlines without the last-minute panic.

Big feelings

Understanding stress, frustration and overwhelm, and finding ways to cope that work for you.

Speaking up

Learning to explain what you need, and asking for accommodations with confidence.

What’s next

Planning for college, university, work, or your first time living on your own.

For parents & caregivers

You don’t have to figure it out alone

Watching your teen struggle is hard, especially when you’re not sure why. We help you understand neurodiversity, see your teen’s strengths, and work with their school so they get the support they need.

And if you’re starting to recognize some of these patterns in yourself, you’re not the only one. Many parents do. Our adult self-check and assessments are here for you too.

How we help families

  • Explain neurodiversity in plain language, for you and your teen
  • Share practical strategies for routines, homework and calmer evenings
  • Help you prepare for school meetings and advocate for supports
  • Plan for the move to post-secondary or work

Good to know: our assessments are for adults. For a teen under 18 who may need an assessment, your family doctor or school is a good first stop. We’re happy to talk through options during a free consultation.
